Hubail Holdings LLC (“Hubail Holdings,” “we,” or “us”) is a business automation company based in El Paso, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through hubailholdings.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us at general@hubailholdings.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the booking form, you give us your name, your restaurant’s name, your phone number, your email address, and what you need help with. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
Third-party resources. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from jsDelivr, so your browser connects to those services when you visit. They may receive your IP address and browser details, and they handle that information under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and schedule a call.
- To work out whether our services fit your restaurant.
- To provide services to restaurants that become our clients.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers. WordPress, the software that runs the site, may set functional cookies, for example for people who are logged in to manage the site.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as web hosting and email delivery, and when required by law or to protect our rights.
Information from restaurant clients’ calls
When we provide AI phone ordering to a restaurant, we process call information on that restaurant’s behalf. This can include the caller’s phone number, what was said on the call, and the order details. The restaurant decides what it needs from that information, and how we handle it is covered in our agreement with the restaurant. If you called a restaurant that uses our service and have questions about your call, please contact that restaurant first.
How long we keep information
We keep booking requests and business correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide services, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing general@hubailholdings.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for restaurant owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
