These terms apply to your use of hubailholdings.com, which is operated by Hubail Holdings LLC (“Hubail Holdings,” “we,” or “us”), based in El Paso, Texas. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About our services
We provide business automation services for independent restaurants, including AI phone ordering, websites, Google and Meta advertising management, and Google Business Profile cleanup, along with optional add-ons such as missed-call text-back and ordering hookups. What this site says about our services is general information. The specific services, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any restaurant are set out in a written proposal or agreement, and that agreement controls if it differs from this site.
Packages and pricing
The packages shown on this site (Starter, Growth, Ops, and Full House) are summaries. Pricing is quoted for each restaurant. Advertising spend for the Growth and Full House packages is set by the restaurant and paid to the advertising platform, such as Google or Meta. It is separate from our fees.
No guarantee of results
We work to help restaurants handle more calls and show up better online, but we do not guarantee any particular number of calls, orders, visits, search rankings, or amount of revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
AI phone ordering
AI systems can make mistakes, such as mishearing an order or misunderstanding a request. The restaurant remains responsible for the food and service it provides and for checking the orders it receives. The AI phone service is not for emergencies. When the AI cannot handle a call, it is designed to transfer the call to restaurant staff.
What we ask of restaurant clients
- Give us accurate and current information about your business, menu, hours, and prices.
- Only ask us to work on accounts, listings, and domains that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business, including rules about call recording notices, advertising, and text messages.
- Get any consents required for calls or messages your business sends to customers.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party platforms and providers, such as Google, Meta, and phone and hosting services. Those are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or decisions, including the suspension of an ad account or a business listing.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy it at scale. The site’s content, design, and branding belong to Hubail Holdings LLC unless noted otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Booking form and communications
When you submit the booking form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us or emailing general@hubailholdings.com.
Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, this site and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hubail Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of this site. For services we provide to a restaurant, liability is limited as stated in the agreement with that restaurant.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
